Once confirmed, we then create a contract that gets send to your email address, for digital signature. As it gets signed, it comes directly back to us. Our technical team is informed and within 48 hours they will send you a text message with a link where you will be able to confirm day and time of the visit.
Your SIM card can be collected from our office, or we can arrange it to be posted to you. Postal charge may apply.
Can I transfer my old number to the new SIM?
Yes. Absolutely. Once the SIM cards are active, you should receive a notification from your previous provider that your old SIM has been cancelled.
What happens if I run out of my data?
At the end of the mobile data included in your rate, you will continue browsing at a reduced speed (16 Kbps) at no additional cost.
What is included in the SIM rate?
You will have data at maximum 4G speed. Send national SMS for €0.0968 and international SMS for €0.3025. Unlimited minutes to national fixed and mobile destinations, without paying the cost of establishing calls.
The mobile rate includes calls and data in any country of the EU, Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway as if you were in Spain, at no extra cost. In the rest of the countries, its use is subject to an additional cost.
