Freedom wireless internet is available at eligible locations in South Tenerife. Coverage depends on the property and line of sight, so we confirm your address before arranging installation.
Can I get fibre or mobile elsewhere in Spain?
Fibre and mobile options are offered across Spain, subject to network availability at the exact address. Send us the postcode and we will check what can be installed there.
How do I know which connection is right?
Tell us where the property is and how you use the internet. We can compare wireless and fibre availability and explain the practical differences before you choose.
Wireless Wi-Fi
Do I need a Spanish bank account or NIE to enquire?
No. You can ask about wireless service without a Spanish bank account or NIE. We will explain the payment and service arrangements for your situation.
What does the €60 installation include?
The one-time €60 installation includes the antenna, router and installation. It is non-refundable. The wireless service has no long-term contract.
Can I pause the wireless service?
Eligible wireless customers can pause the service for €15 per month. Ask us to confirm the timing and conditions for your package before making a change.
Is installation next day?
Fast installation may be available in eligible locations, subject to technician availability and a successful coverage check.
Fibre, mobile and TV
Are the listed prices final for every address?
Availability, installation, equipment and contract conditions can vary by offer. We confirm the applicable monthly price, tax and any setup charges before you agree to a service.
Are there contract or early cancellation conditions?
Some fibre offers have a minimum term. If you cancel early, a charge may apply under the specific service terms. We will point out the term and any equipment return requirements for the offer you select.
Can I add TV to a fibre plan?
Some fibre plans can be combined with Spanish, Canary, UK or international TV options. Compatibility, equipment, installation and final pricing should be confirmed with our team.
